At Ailema Studio, we put time, creativity, and love into every project. Because our work is highly customized and digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once a project has started or a digital product has been delivered.
Refund Policy - the basics
Custom Services

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your spot in our schedule and cover initial creative work.

Project Work: Refunds are not available for hours already worked, designs delivered, or concepts created.

Cancellations: If you cancel before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit).
Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (templates, graphics, downloads), all sales are final.
Revisions & Satisfaction
Our goal is to make sure you love your project! Most services include a set number of revisions to ensure we align with your vision. Additional revisions may be available for an extra fee.
