Welcome to Ailema Studio! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how we provide our services and how you, as our client or visitor, agree to engage with us. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Services

Ailema Studio provides creative services including (but not limited to):

  • Social media graphics & reels

  • Website design & development

  • Pitch decks & presentations

  • Brand development

  • Specialty creative services (actor/director reels, creator resumes, etc.)

Custom service details, timelines, and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before any project begins.

2. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in USD.

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to begin work.

  • Remaining balances are due upon delivery of the final project, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel a project after work has begun, you may be responsible for partial payment based on completed work.

  • Full refunds are only considered in rare cases where no work has been started.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ailema Studio retains ownership of all draft materials, concepts, and unused designs.

  • Final, approved deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Respond to communications and feedback promptly.

  • Secure the appropriate rights for any materials (images, music, copy, etc.) they provide to Ailema Studio.

6. Timelines & Revisions

  • Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your package. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing info) may affect delivery dates.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to deliver high-quality, creative work, Ailema Studio is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, lost opportunities).

  • Technical issues outside of our control (e.g., website downtime, third-party platform changes).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
